•A 13% sales tax will be added to all rates.
•Rates are subject to change until confirmed, and are configured by household not each person.
•Additional returnable deposit ($300 / £150) to be paid by credit card upon booking.
•Bookings of five nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $180 / £67 to be paid at time of booking.
•Additional options: Combined pool and spa heat-$20 / £10 per night.
•Please also be aware that it may take 2-3 days for the pool to heat up properly. Recommended months for heated pool are between October and April.



Baby Equipment: Unfortunately at this time we do not offer equipment such as strollers, high-chairs and playpens. However, those items can be rented from from the following location: A Baby's Best Friend.


Terms and Conditions of Rental


Check In – 4:00 pm
Check Out – 10:00 am

Registration: The signing of the registration form confirms the acceptance of the terms and condition set out below and shall be binding on the persons intending to occupy unit whether or not such persons have signed the registration form.

Reservation Deposit: Will be 20% of the booking value.

Balance Due: Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation: Guest may cancel their booking anytime up to or during the rental period.
If a guest needs to cancel a booking 31 days prior to arrival there will be a $250.00 cancellation fee, if booking is canceled 1–30 days before arrival date a the full amount is due. Arrangements can me made to reschedule your booking within 90 days of previous arrival date. Ask your Kissimouse Villas Rep for more details.

Security Deposit: A $300.00 security deposit will be held on your credit card it is authorization only and will not be applied until your arrival date. This security deposit is released within 3 - 5 days from your departure. You will need to place this information on the Pre-Registration form.

Basis of Rental: Properties offered through the company are provided on a self-catering basis. The company provides complimentary starter soap, toilet paper and trash bags. Once these items are used it is the guest responsibility to replenish them.

Accidental Damage: Accidents can happen, we have collected a $300.00 security deposit if damages exceed $300.00 the Company or the owner will bill the guest for the shortfall, and the guest has 14 days to pay. The company inspects the unit before your arrival and after your departure before the cleaner goes in.

Pets: No pets are permitted in the Property. In the event a guest brings a pet to the property, the company may elect to evict the guest from said property with loss of all rental money paid or charge at least $250.00 for extra cleaning to be done to property.

Cleaning Fees: Cleaning fees of $180.00 are applied to the booking value for nights of 5 nights or less.

Limitation of Liability: The Company and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure and or service in the property. Upon any failure of equipment, the Guest must notify the Company.

The Company and/or the Owner do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property of the Guest.

The Company or its representatives may enter the property at any time, without notice, for the purposes of protection/maintenance of the Property. Company will try to notify you prior to, or leave notice that Company has been there.

The Company and/or the Owner do not accept liability for personal loss or injury to the Guest during the Rental Period.

The Guest must ensure that all Children under the age of 18 are supervised at all times.

The Company and/or the Owner do not accept liability for failure of pool heat. Electric heating units do not work properly once temperatures reach 50 degrees and are regarded as an act of nature.

The Company and/or the Owner do not accept liability for acts of nature, fire, flood and war, or any other force majure

The Company does not accept liability for removal of the property from management.
The Company will offer the guest a suitable alternative property, subject to availability.
